Business complex at the business heart of Zagreb

The Centar 2000 business complex, owned by the Croatian company Oktavijan d.o.o., is located in an elite business district that attracts more and more business people every day and, with other business facilities nearby, it represents the new business heart of the city. Its vicinity to the city centre, public transport, bus and railway stations and variety of additional facilities (hotels, banks, branch offices of local and foreign companies, public notaries, law offices, and a rich offer of restaurants, bars, nightclubs, fitness centres, garages, public parking, taxi services) makes this part of the city an attractive destination to modern businessmen.

Each floor of the office buildings consists of office space, staircases, elevators, utility rooms and separate toilets for women and men.

Highly equipped office space with computer floors and suspended ceilings can be flexibly arranged and divided either by plasterboard panels or glass walls, all in line with tenants' needs, and thus creating a perfectly functional working environment in a form of separate, combined or open space offices.

Buildings are under the 24-hour video surveillance with a security guard present at all times.

Centar 2000 has its own technical maintenance service and contractors for cleaning and horticultural maintenance services, as well as specialized contractors for individual systems.

3 technicians are constantly present at the centre during working hours, making sure that all technical issues are resolved in the shortest possible period. The management of the Centar 2000, the company Oktavijan d.o.o., also has its offices at the Centar 2000 and is actively involved in the operational life of the business centre and responds promptly to the requests and suggestions of its tenants.
