BUILDING AThe Business Building A is the first building of the Centar 2000, finished in mid-2016. Total gross area of the building is approximately 10 000 m 2 , including basement, ground floor and 8 additional floors. The average surface area of the floor is approximately 900 m 2. The building’s orientation is north-south.Each floor consists of offices, staircase, elevators, utility rooms, separate toilets for men and women and a shared kitchen.
BUILDING D4Business building D4 was finished in May 2008. The layout area of the ground floor is approximately 830 m 2 with 8 additional floors. First four floors stretch on 830 m 2 each, while the higher floors stretch on 550 m 2 and have access to balconies. The total gross area of the building is approximately 7 500.00 m 2. The building is oriented east-north. 3 elevators are located at the ground floor, connecting the 3 underground garage floors with the rest of the building.
OVERGROUND (C) AND UNDERGROUND (D2)At the Centar 2000 business complex, there are two garages available to our tenants: one overground and one underground garage, with a total capacity of over 650 parking lots. Garages are used both for public and private parking. Parking lots can be leased on a monthly basis with the use of RF parking cards or by the hour with the use of bar code tickets. The parking fees can be paid either at the automated toll collection registers or at the building reception.
RESTARUANT BATAKAll with traditional grilled meals, Restaurant BATAK in its offer also has the famous Leskovac Grill. Our diverse menu, where every gourmand can find something for himself, has interesting grilled meals such as mazalice, vješalice, mućkalice (spreaders, hangers, shakers) and others. OFFICE PREMISES AND HOTEL
FACILITY D3The last construction phase of Centar 2000 is the completion of the building with total gross area of 15 500 m 2. The building will be divided vertically in two segments. One segment will consist of office premises (on 8 800 m 2) and the other part will be a 4* business hotel (on 4 400 m 2). Average area of one floor with office space will be 1 000 m 2. Each floor will have a balcony, several toilets, a server room and a small kitchenette. Floors will be dividable in a way that they can function as separate independent units.
MEETING ROOMLocated at the ground floor of the building A, the meeting room is ideal for business meetings, seminars, workshops, courses and other similar activities. Room capacity is for approximately 20 people. The meeting room is equipped with a projector and projection screen, magnetic board, flip chart and complimentary unlimited Internet access via Wi-Fi connection.
